Hello
I was there just now, i wanted to try some of them speakers and .... none of them are even able to make connection with your device. It looks like they removed it and forced you to listen to the music they wanted you to listen.

Horribly slow pickup for online orders. When I arrived, the board said 5-10 min. There was just a few people. I ended up waiting 50 minutes. Extremely slow be prepared for inefficient pickup. Never ordering pickup from this place ever again.

A hopeless customer service experience. The individual staff were kind and apologetic, but there's nothing they can do about systems that needlessly waste the customer's time and make it very hard to come by the simplest information. For example, it is impossible for one store to call another in the same city to ask if they have a particular iPhone in stock. I spent 15 minutes asking for this in different ways as it just didn't seem possible to me. In the end, I admitted defeat, and spent 35 minutes getting the bus and walking to another MM shop, only to find that they did not have that particular iPhone in stock. Because their online system will show that these are in stock, even if there are only a handful, and that handful consists of test phones for the public, which are not for sale. The whole thing is a tedious mess.

Stood there for an hour, everybody's busy doing nothing and I ended up leaving not being able to buy. Next time hire some useful people.

The biggest and best electronic phone television I've seen in the Netherlands, you can find whatever you can think of, but the staff is terrible, I went three times, they are not interested in people, they are not interested in people, they are awake clerk face fake smile and they help if you buy an expensive product if you ask for something cheap they are not interested
