We stayed for 4 nights for a family break. It's not luxurious but it absolutely met our needs. The room was a great size but the best bit was the vibe of the place, in the evening after we got in after a long day of sightseeing, we could stay in the communal area and play cards, Jenga, chess and air hockey, lots of family, young people used the hotel, felt safe and it was very clean, the staff all seemed helpful. Local was great too!

Room was clean with attach shower and toilet. Towel and body wash was provided. The best thing is its just 1 minute walk from train/tram station you can get easily anywhere you wanted. Hotel staff was polite and efficient. And brekfast was good too

We accidentally overbooked and was able to easily get a refund. The rooms are clean and nice quite boujee compared to other hostel experiences in London. Definitely a top tier hostel area with games, cafe, kitchen and nice people. 100% would come again!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at, super organized, very clean, great room structure and very comfortable beds. Very good that the rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed frequently. Also the location is great, it is possible to access tram, bus and train walking only 1 minute from the hotel, and from there you are in 20...30 minutes in the city center. Parking is also very good and not expensive.
Negative point: During breakfast hours, or check-in and check-out times, the elevator is very busy and sometimes it is necessary to wait several minutes for an available elevator.

Stay was good, having a communal kitchen to cook was really great and luggage lockers were useful, at 8euro for 24hrs. Rooms were modern and clean felt like a hotel rather than a hostel. Private bathroom was clean, would be better if the toilet was seperate when sharing a room. Right next to station meant we didn't feel far from city. The city tax was more expensive than anticipated at around 7euro a night which adds up real quick, would be good to know exact tax when booking and checking prices.

This hostel was just perfect. So conveniently located right at the train station and with a great supermarket right next door. You can make your own food in a super well-organized guest kitchen and always use the common areas. Very friendly staff and people. Very clean overall. Recommend 1000%.

Clean, modern, good amenities in the common areas. Room was a bit crowded and not very well ventilated. Have to pay to leave your luggage after checkout.
But overall a nice enough place on a budget.

UPDATE - 4 stars - the next day they managed to find a new room for me - helpfully arranged by Marina (hopefully I got the name correct). The double rooms are much more spacious and pleasant - I would recommend these for a trip during the none busy season. When busy, the hotel and the kitchen can be very hectic, but on the top floors I found it was much quieter.

Original post - Very disappointing experience so far. Staying here for work, arranged a room change from a single to a double due to claustrophobia. Sorted this a month and a half before check in and had email confirmation that this had been arranged. Arrive to the hotel and they have not made appropriate arrangements. Very disappointing. No compensation. Confusing encounter at the check in despite person who served me trying their best.
Rest of facilities ok but room incredibly small - even smaller than a usual single hostel room. Will definitely not be coming back.
